I loved him, he was my favourite villain (well, "villain") on that show after Drakken and Shego. It's extra funny cos the actor that plays him was Richard in LOST.

And linking back to the previous MY CHILDHOOD entry, I was watching some Hey Arnold today. How did I never clock on that Helga's mum was an alcoholic!?
